Parent & Baby Yoga: Text
You can enjoy postnatal yoga so you can move alongside your baby to build up your strength gently, whilst focusing on toning the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
We start every session with an informal chat whilst enjoying treats, so it's a great way to get to know other local parents. Each class ends with time to relax alongside your baby. So that you feel calm and re-energised.
We will enjoy different themes each week with some special baby yoga moves and songs!
*Parent and Baby yoga is best suited for babies from 3 months until confidently crawling
